Life can present numerous challenges, and seeking support is a courageous step toward personal growth and positive change. With a focus on individual, couples, and family therapy work, if you or your loved ones are facing difficulties related to anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationships, behavioral issues, or life transitions, I am here to assist you on your journey toward a happier and more fulfilling life.

I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapy Associate with a masters degree from Liberty University, and a bachelors from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in Communication Studies and Interpersonal Communication.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative, rooted in empathy, respect, and a strong commitment to your well-being. I provide a safe space for open and non-judgmental discussions, using elements of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral as well as solution focused therapeutic approaches. Christian Counseling is available to those who request faith-based services. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to address your concerns and help you achieve your goals.

I am currently accepting clients via telehealth and in our Raleigh office. Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation.
